How do I place an order?
Simply browse the product page, select your desired item, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, HBL Pay, and other online payment methods on our website.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), please order through our official Daraz store.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our support team with your order details.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number on email.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above Rs.999. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 149 applies.
How long will delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days in Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. We are working on expanding internationally soon!
My order hasn’t arrived. What now?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging.

Yes, we offer one-time size or product exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We're sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer warranty or product guarantee?
While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we always make it right if there’s a quality issue within 7 days of receiving your item.
